Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: All Standard Activities

SASS lessons and Camps go rain or shine. Should SASS cancel your reservation due to extreme weather conditions or other safety related concerns, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If YOU cancel or decrease the number of participants in your party the following applies:

Cancellations 30 or more days prior to your activity/arrival date will receive full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 14-29 days prior to the activity/arrival date will receive a full reservation booking credit minus a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 4-13 days prior to the activity/arrival date will receive a 50% reservation booking credit.
Cancellations 0-3 days prior to the activity/arrival date are not extended a refund or credit.

*Reservations credit must be used within one year from date of activity or will be void.

SASS’s Cancellation Policy is applied to everyone equally. No exceptions are made under any circumstances and no part is negotiable. This firm policy ensures all of our guests are treated equally and fairly.
